We have two long-serving directors retiring from our board in 2020. Because of this, the District 2 and District 5 director seats will be open. We need quality people to step up to the multi-faceted challenges of being a cooperative director. Are you willing to share your talent, time, and perspectives?
The election process starts with the district meetings that will be held in early February. Nominations for the director position are made and fellow members of the district vote for the candidate of their choice.
The 2020 District Meeting Schedule is as follows: District 2 meets on February 6th at 2 p.m. at Frazee Event Center, District 8 meets on February 6th at 6:30 p.m. at Battle Lake Community Center, and District 5 meets on February 8th at 10 a.m. at St. Mary of the Lakes, Detroit Lakes.
