Lake Region Electric Cooperative
Looking to interact with co-op members, Lake Region Electric Cooperative (LREC) established a Virtual Member Advisory Committee (VMAC). VMAC is a member engagement program developed to gain membership guidance on various projects and ideas. LREC employees will reach out to VMAC participants with new projects, concepts, and general ideas on a regular basis. Furthermore, VMAC will act as a needs identifier for our members by seeking out issues, setting new goals, advocating for members, and looking at LREC priorities.
Members of VMAC will offer their suggestions and feedback so together we can effectively carry out the LREC mission. To cater to members of varying ages and schedules, VMAC will operate on a completely virtual basis. VMAC participants will utilize a private Facebook group where there will be educational materials, questions posed, discussions had, etc.
