What a fun and informative Energy Forum that just took place this afternoon at the LREC headquarters!
Thank you to all the members, attendees and presenters for making the event such a wonderful experience! The plan was to have the Energy Forum in-person, but we had to change course because of the weather and moved forward with holding the event virtually. LREC, Minnesota Rural Electric Association (MREA), Great River Energy (GRE), and Dan Juhl provided great presentations about energy transition and the cooperative model. Members who attended virtually provided a lot of great questions for the presenters. Thank you to all the folks that made this event happen!
This was a unique event hosted at LREC and we will take our experiences from it and continue to provide additional engagement opportunities for LREC's members. We will be providing a recording of the Energy Forum to all LREC members soon.
